PRESCRIPTION DISPENSING
We dispense NHS and private prescriptions issued by GPs and other authorised prescribers.
This includes:
• Regular repeat prescriptions
• Acute prescriptions
• Private prescriptions where clinically appropriate
We do not prescribe medicines or diagnose conditions.
All prescriptions must be issued by a qualified prescriber.
If there is an issue with availability or timing, we will explain what is happening and discuss next steps with you.
Care Home Services
We provide pharmacy services to residential and nursing homes.
Our care home support includes:
• Safe dispensing of medicines
• Repeat prescription coordination
• Liaison with GP practices
• Support with medicine changes and shortages
• Clear communication with care staff
Each care home is supported through an agreed process to ensure medicines are supplied safely and reliably.
We work closely with care staff to reduce missed doses, confusion, and last-minute emergencies.
Pharmacy First and Family Clinic
When your child is unwell, you want answers quickly.
You do not want to guess.
You do not want to wait days wondering if it will clear on its own.
We offer Pharmacy First consultations as part of the NHS service, where appropriate.
This allows eligible patients to receive advice and NHS-funded treatment for certain minor conditions, without needing a GP appointment.
